About the Smile Savings Plan

It’s an affordable way to make sure you’re getting the preventive dentistry that contributes to a lasting, healthy smile.
Here are the details:
- Adults: For $350/year, you can receive an initial comprehensive exam, X-rays, an oral cancer screening, one 15-minute consultation, 2 cleanings, and a periodic oral exam FREE.
- Children (14 years or younger at the time of enrollment): For $275/year, kids can get an initial comprehensive exam, X-rays, one 15-minute consultation, 2 cleanings, a fluoride treatment, and a periodic oral exam FREE.
- Periodontal maintenance add-on: An additional $349/year, patients can receive 4 periodontal maintenance appointments, all necessary X-rays, 4 oral cancer screenings, an oral DNA test, and 2 periodontal exams.
Additional benefits include 10% off Invisalign clear aligners, TMJ testing and orthodontics (not covered by dental insurance), and 15% off ALL OTHER dental treatments… even cosmetic dentistry!
